Screen Printing Process
For screen printing, we create a stencil (screen) of your design, push ink through the screen onto the garment, then cure it with heat so the print locks into the fabric.
How Does It Feel?
Screen prints feel smooth and slightly raised on the shirt. After a few washes, they soften up but still hold their shape and color.
Longevity
With proper care, screen printed designs can last for years. They handle regular wear and washing very well.
Minimum Requirements
Screen printing works best when:
-
You’re ordering multiple pieces with the same design
-
The design has a limited number of colors
-
You can provide high-quality artwork (vector or high-res)
Pantone Color Matching (Optional)
If you need your brand colors exact, we offer Pantone color matching on request. We’ll mix inks to match your chosen Pantone color as closely as possible.
