How Do Pickup, Delivery & Shipping Work?

We ship orders nationwide, with most shipments going out within 24 hours and some qualifying for same-day shipping. Local pickup is available at 2719 Sheraton Dr., Suite 100A, Macon, GA 31204, near Amerson River Park off Exit 167.

We also offer secure 24-hour after-hours pickup lockers. Orders remain in the lockers for up to 24 hours before being moved inside. Local delivery is available within 5 miles for orders over $250 for an added fee, and delivery is free on local orders of $500+.

We’re available online 24/7. Our preferred office hours are 10 AM–4 PM, and appointments are recommended.

Walk-ins are welcome, but staff may not always be available at the front. For in-person service, please schedule ahead or give us at least one hour’s notice before stopping by.

A Print Ready file consists of the following

• - 16" x 20" Artboard
• - CMYK Color Format
• - 300 DPI
• - PNG, SVG, or PDF File
• - High Resolution Images
• - Transparent Background
• - Accurate File Name

1. Set heat-press to 300-320 degrees fahrenheit
2. Pre-press your garment for 10 seconds to release the moisture out the garment.
3. Align the transfer on the desired location.
4. Place a Teflon sheet or a heat resistant cover over the item being printed.
5. Press item with medium pressure for atleast 10-15 seconds
6. Immediately remove the transfer paper from the item, and re-press for an addition 10-15 seconds, using medium-high pressure
7. Remove shirt from platen, and allow it to cool.

*To know if the design is applied correctly, you will be able to see the fibers from the shirt in the design.

If It the transfers feels too soft, it most likely isn't adhered properly*
