Embroidery

What Is Embroidery?

Embroidery is when your logo or design is stitched directly into the garment using thread instead of ink. It gives a clean, professional, long-lasting look.

The Embroidery Process

  1. We take your design and prepare it for stitching (digitizing).

  2. The garment is hooped and placed on the embroidery machine.

  3. The machine uses thread to sew your design into the fabric.

What Is Digitizing?

Digitizing is turning your logo into a stitch file the machine can read.
It tells the machine where to stitch, what direction, and in what order.
This is a one-time setup fee per design.

Minimums

Embroidery is best for:

  • Small to medium runs

  • Simple, clean logos
Some items may have a minimum quantity to keep pricing reasonable.

What Can Be Embroidered?

Embroidery works great on:

  • Hats & beanies

  • Polos & dress shirts

  • Jackets & hoodies

  • Bags, aprons, and some thicker fabrics

If the material is too thin, stretchy, or delicate, we’ll let you know and recommend a better option.
